The reporter’s words
This council owned house on reserve terrace (part of the cemetery property) in lyttelton is an arson risk, and has been used as a drinking hang out. Recently a local woman was followed home by someone on the adjacent steps. She reported this to the police and there is concern the house makes a good spot for nefarious lurkers. What is the council plan to repair or sell this property rather than leaving it derelict?
