Dumped Rubbish. 4/25 and 9/25 Bangor St are responsible for most of the rubbish and supermarket trolley dumping that happens regularly. Have seen the same trolleys and rubbish at their houses then seen it dumped within metres. Owner is Housing NZ ask them to talk to tenants.
