the board bolt is sticking up and ive tried re attaching the nut and washer thing to the chain underneath but it was really hard as I cant get it to push right through. there are nuts and bolts on the other wooden planks that are bent etc. there are lots of kids here at st albans park on Edward Ave playing and none of them are looking before running across the bridge ive had to raise my voice because they dont listen and nearly tripped on the bolt. please come assess all the planks and bolts.
