The reporter’s words

Damaged Street lamp posts with black tape holding the cracked concrete together. These posts have been like this for over a year. There are three posts in this location, along with three or four more between here and Fendalton Road. Are these lampposts being monitored? Is there a plan to replace them, prior to them falling down?
