Water Leak

The reporter’s words
There appears to be water seeping up from beneath the ground where the footpath meets the driveway (as you can see in the photo). From what I observed, it does not seem to be coming from a visible surface source, and there may be more than one point where water is emerging. I uploaded another photo about 50 meters away. I noticed it has been occurring for 2 days, so I thought it would be best to report it so it can be checked.
