I wish to formally report a continuing issue where a neighbor is obstructing the public footpath with cars and trucks preventing safe pedestrian access. This is now the third complaint submitted regarding this matter, and to date no effective action appears to be taken to prevent it from recurring. Blocking a public footpath is unacceptable and creates a significant hazard for everyone, specially people with disabilities using wheelchairs that need to step onto the roadway to pass.
