The reporter’s words

This is the third notice I have sent to Snap Send Solve regarding the water problem. Each time I receive notification that the issue has been resolved. This is a health hazard with mosquitoes and other insects about adding to the discomfort of the tourists we invite to our “beautiful” country and expect them to park in dirty water along with removing the rubbish bins. Not a nice thing to do. Can you please advise me what is going to be done to clean this up?
