The reporter’s words

road surface is defective and needs repairing. shingle stones have been dislodging daily for 2.5 years since new surface was laid. stones gravitate to gutters and when combined with leaves (council trees) they are blocking gutters and water discharge. our street floods regularly and council actions have increased flooding risk because they have reduced frequency of cleaning gutters and they installed an inappropriate road surface for a street that has 100s of 3point turns each week.
