council gardens continue to be neglected. council removed beautiful tussocks a few years ago and did not Replant. area keeps growing weeds. they are not sprayed or cared for regularly. now cars visting community cottage are parking there because its neglected. please Tidy up gardens, please re mulch, please Tidy up our street. please replace the plants council removed. once planted weeds will be repressed. fresh bark mulch will suppress weeds and tidy up area. why is our street being neglected
