Attached photos represent hillside excavation with loose clay spread over existing grass approx height 5m by 40m long. No retaining, bordering neighbours sections, very minimal to zero silt control. Land contour altered putting lower sections at risk if there is heavy rain. Action required before major slippage occurs. Very concerned as is section and home owners below this wall of clay.
