Leaving the multicultural centre on 455 Hagley Ave .. need to look left on one way street. Limited visibility as hedges and parked cars in way. Need to edge out slowly but also cars speed too. I suggest a mirror would help as trimming hedges would only be temporary and a long car parked totally blocks vision
