Parking - this vehicle is constantly parking on or just off the berm at this location while it is a no parking area. The lines have become very lite, but this has been happening since lines were clear. The damage to the grass area from the vehicle is very clear and continues to happen. Can the lines be remarked and enforcement considered if parking continues.
