408 Cashel, corner Raglan and Cashel. This previously tenanted building - 2 flats I think - appears to have been vacant in recent weeks and currently has broken fences, bashed in door, mattress against the window etc etc and people have been seen smoking meth in there and have possibly migrated from the neighbouring flats. It needs to be investigated please.
