Reported Monday, 9 September 2019 at 5:07 pm, 154A Mccormacks Bay Rd, Redcliffs, Christchurch 8081, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
all along the causeway are plants which bend over up to about a metre over the path. some of these have sharp points and are at the right height to scratch the eye ball of my dog and other dogs. he got a scratched eye a couple of years ago. would it be possible for these plants to be cut right back so they are not dangerous?
