General Request
Reported Saturday, 18 April 2026 at 1:28 pm, 36 Bangor Street, Christchurch Central City, Christchurch 8011, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Walk the Avon Loop every day. On every occasion in the morning condoms, drug needles, tissues etc in the parking area opposite Walnut Park playground and towards river. There's drug dealing & prostitution happening in the street at night in cars. It's a longstanding problem but I refuse to clean it up anymore. The area's use for recreation has increased dramatically and these things provide health hazards, often in grass not just on road or pavement. Security cameras/more lights needed.
