The reporter’s words
Notice Number: 5791419 To Whom it may concern, Good day Ma’am/Sir, I am Jenart Montano, A student From the Philippines, as a New Comer in Christchurch, I am not yet familiar with road and vehicle rules here in New Zealand, I still have a lot of things to learn. And as a decent human being, I will face the consequences of my actions because no one is exempted from the law. But due to my restricted working status and limited budget, a $200 fine is too much to handle. I am only earning a minimum wage and still paying for some school stuffs, May I Respectfully suggest to pay the fine in a gradual manner? Again, I deeply apologize for the trouble that I have caused, and Promise to follow the law. May you all have a good and blessed day! Respectfully yours, J.Montano
