The reporter’s words

this is a freedom camper parked in a no stopping between 10pm to 7am parking area. he has parked here several nights and was moved on by security. the photo was taken at 6.58. This is a total act of defiance. We have security cameras and would be able to find a picture of them turning up if necessary.
