Washout by Summit Road: grade roadside ditch to gully drain to culvert pipe (gravel has blocked the flow of stormwater); re-attach green plastic ‘sock’ to stub of culvert pipe as it emerges at head of slip (original culvert pipe seems to have broken off); consider heaping rocks at bottom of plastic sock outlet to avoid erosion of bush
