The reporter’s words
I parked in Rolleston Avenue near the museum today and noted the dozens of mesh fence panels, both upright and stacks lying down on the grass along the Botanical Garden fence. Why are they there, and is the Council (ie me) paying for these? They are serving no purpose. I would like them to be removed and return the grass verge to the way it is meant to be.m S Shaw
