Roading/Streets
Reported Monday, 23 September 2019 at 3:01 pm, 623 Colombo St, Christchurch Central City, Christchurch 8011, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Storm water grate has been installed upside down, so it's now a hazard to people biking as the fins stick up above the road surface (it's on the separated cycleway part of the road). I tried to flip it back the right way myself but it's too heavy :(
