light spill into my apartment from the street light outside my apartment on the groundfloor. lux meter app shows lux at my window is high. the light spill at this hour has really been impacting my sleep. light spill with blinds up means the whole apartment is illuminated. with blinds down it means about half the room is illuminated. Enough to see everything and get around.
