The reporter’s words

There is a syringe in the garden bed on the street corner outside Subway. Just near the footpath. I am very concerned about this as there will be thousands of people in the area for the concert on Saturday so there is a risk of needle stick. A colleague has mentioned they’ve also seen needles in the garden on the Hereford and Barbadoes corner outside the motel.
