The reporter’s words
My wife stubbed her to on this on Friday night at the Manchester St Super Stop. Had she tripped this would have been an ACC claim. It's the stump of a metal post that's been cut off about 100mm from the ground. Surely the cobbles which it protrudes through could have been removed and replaced after the pipe was cut off lower.
