Homeless encampment set up at the start of the Avon loop within the four avenues breaching freedom camping bylaws and move on laws. Substance abuse, animals, human waste and other issues coincide. This is very scary for all the dog owners and walkers in the area. It’s a terrible look for the CBD and the park. Would you allow this is happen in the botanical gardens? Please move them on for the safety of the inner city residents in the area and children and dogs that frequent the park.
