This large caravan/camper has been parked out the front of our house since March. It interferes with on street parking (especially on saturdays). It is also massive and awful to look at every day. I have had a brief look at council by laws and I believe something like this can only be parked in on street parking spaces for 5-7 days? If the owner could be found and it moved please. Thank you so much in advance.
