The reporter’s words

More safety fence panels have been removed at the CNC Shared Path underpass. This location is active for vandalism and theft, although it occurs anywhere along the Shared Path. In addition to there are numerous places where handrail support outriggers are left and the sharp jagged fence post stubs are left. These are all dangerous. It's disappointing to see such a great Chch asset being systematically ruined. I'm perplexed why this has been going on for years with impunity.
