The reporter’s words
A tree root has bulged up about 150mm creating a trip hazard on the footpath as per photos. It's bad at night because the excellent street lighting casts a very strong shadow concealing it. As per map it's on Claridges about 10metres from Highstead on the Southeast corner. My wife had a bad fall and has injured her thump ligament, grazed her knee and tore her newish trousers.
