Kia ora Team, can you please review the use of these white stones at this location. While I understand an owner may have placed them there to protect the berm, they create a safety risk as there is no guarantee they will stay in place. The stones could make their way on to the edge of the road and become a risk for cyclists. Note, the kerbs at the Fraser Street intersection already creates a pinch point leading up to here. The no-parking marking should already stop people illegally parking.
