The reporter’s words

48 Rochester St. Linwood The house has been experiencing blocked stormwater. We have traced the issue (video/locate) to under the accessway on CCC land. This is 300mm deep. Cannot waterblast past and cannot get camera further. No image on CCTV. There is no apparent kerb outlet in direct line with the pipe. The kerb outlet to the right of the property runs toward 46 Rochester. Unless there was meant to be a junction for 48 as well? In any case it appears that recent works may have damaged and disconnect the intended outlet. Please can this be resolved urgently. We are awaiting the CCC repair to enable repair works to be completed inside the property. The client will want reimbursement for our charges in investigating this issue. Would you please forward a job number / reference. We have video CCTV files...however they don’t show any image of the issue as line is full of debris and muddy water. Please let me know if you require any further information. Also would you let us know when the work is complete so we can undertake repairs inside the property as well. Kind regards.
