General Request
Reported Sunday, 14 June 2026 at 11:57 am, 315 Port Hills Road, Hillsborough, Christchurch 8022, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
NZTA say that because this tent isn't in the road they have no authority to help this person living in a tent in winter just beyond the fog line. I'm worried that he'll get hit. Does CCC have anything they can do under the freedom camping bylaws?
