The reporter’s words
Abandoned delapidated house which had been boarded up seems to have been broken into and may have homeless people living in it. I've seen pizza boxes, energy drink cans, a pair of gumboots and a chair for getting in and out of the window. This poses a health and safety risk for the people living in here and the general public. Major fire risk if the people in the house use a gas burner to keep warm. Please can you pass this onto FENZ or the Police?
