The reporter’s words

This morning road works on Burwood road across from Waitakiri Primary school. Traffic management has closed off the main footpath to the school zebra crossing which has ended up with children having to cross in dangerous situations with congested traffic. Absolutely not good enough and poor planning. The safety of our Tamariki should always be priority.
