The reporter’s words

There is a very deep pothole in front of the driveway entering to our facility. we have emergency services such us ambulances coming in and out, visitors, families, wheelchair taxis and our accessible van for the residents that live in the facility. The pothole is a risk if any resident or pedestrian wants to cross the road there as its very deep and it gest flooded when it rains so you dont see how deep it is. please fix it as soon as possible for the safety of our residents and community.
