Damaged Road
Reported Saturday, 27 June 2026 at 12:26 am, 39 Sails Street, Papanui Christchurch 8053, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
I was driving through this place at around 10 40 pm on friday 26 th of Junewhile pulling over my front bumper dropped into a deep and damaged sectiob of a roadside drain that was missing its cover. It was dark and hazard was impossible to see. This has caused damage to the front side of my car. As the council is responsible for maintaining local drainage and roads in safe condition I am requesting a Council Liability claim form to seek compensation for the repair and personal loss.
