The reporter’s words
Dog barking and barking and barking. Have sent previous compliant, which was dealt with. Owner put netting on the fence to block the dogs view. Netting pulled down in places. The dog now stands up on something in the corner of the section with his head over the fence so he can see who is coming and who to bark at. The dog is clever. We have had a bark monitor at our place and also filled in a bark chart. It’s been a couple of months of barking now. Public walkway with many weekend walkers.noisy
