There is a business in The Palms Mall called Expresso Hand Car Wash and Detailing. I see them hand washing cars in the parking lot, and it looks to me like detergent-laden water is going down stormwater drains, rather than all going to a trade waste connection. Is this something that could be checked with a stormwater audit or check for wastewater connections in the car parking building for The Palms?
