Both vans have been at this location for a long period of time. I think they are living there permanently. One van runs engine - idling vehicle. Perhaps for heating? Around the corner is a freedom camping spot which specifies 2 nights within 30 days. These parks are not designated as a freedom camping spot but I have noticed both vans have been stationary for at least a month.
