Bush scrub is so uvergrown along Scarborough road from cnr Nayland St to start of the ramp going up to Scarborough hill. Cars are now parking further out onto the road, even on the yellow lines. Task: clear back trees/shrugs that are growing out onto the road. They are causing a hazard!
