The reporter’s words
The Northern corridor south bound traffic exiting onto SH74 QEII Drive is entering the east bound traffic lane and round about too fast. This is an increasing problem. I have observed about a dozen near misses in the last two months. I’ve considered the problem while driving in the area. I feel the simplest thing would be to move the 80kmph signs to the motorway exit as indicated. Then traffic would slow down before merging in the lane or entering the round about safely.
