WWAccess ID - 18118 There is a wastewater manhole frame and grate which has sunk on Gloucester Street opposite 1/140 Linwood Ave in the central straight through lane heading towards the river. Please arrange for frame and grate to be raised so as not to cause a severe bump to the suspension of vehicles when driving over it.
