The reporter’s words

I am writing to formally request investigation and enforcement action regarding unauthorised road markings recently installed on Salisbury Street, as a result of the development at 300 Manchester Street (Boutique Living). The developer Boutique Living has painted yellow no-stopping lines on the public roadway without any Council or Community Board approval. These markings appear to have been installed solely to reserve on-street parking for the developer’s private use during construction.
