The reporter’s words

The contractors have not completed their job. They have cut the edges of the grass berm all the way along Park Terrace on the Avon River side along Park Terrace as far as the George Hotel but they have missed between Salisbury and Chester Street West. As a result the pavement footpath is being damaged by being eaten into by the grass and dirt
