There is major work being done by Hunter Civil for Christchurch City Council with very narrow driving space for cars. the vehicle photos show a car who moves the no parking cones and parks in the no parking space. This is done at weekends and nights which makes driving up and down the street very dangerous to navigate especially in the dark. please let the owner know that it is unacceptable to move the cones and park in the no parking zone as per ccc update letter. especially for safety.
