The reporter’s words
On 29th October I requested that the grass be cut next to my property - the job number was 174687. Good news - grass was cut today; Bad news - it was cut very poorly. It seems to me that, if a crew was sent to cut back the "jungle", they may as well have done a decent job while they were at it. I am trying to decide whether to go and do it myself properly or wait until you send someone competent... I estimate it will need cutting all over next week.
