The reporter’s words

Hello, I live at 115C Nursery Road and an abandoned green bin was left outside the apartments at 117 Nursery. The bin comes from 35 Brookside Terrace, #2002890. I’ve cleaned the smelly rubbish, cans and the insulation foam that was dumped in it. Can the council come pick up from my address please. I don’t want to leave the bin outside the property because we have some unhelpful people who will reuse it as a trash bin. Feel free to contact me if you prefer left on kerbside. Cheers
