Reported Tuesday, 12 November 2019 at 10:48 am, 201, Linwood Avenue, Linwood, 8011, Canterbury.
The reporter’s words
An elderly lady on a mobility scooter commented to me that there used to be a cone here that seems to have disappeared. I wonder if perhaps this needs some more marking until it can be repaired. Thanks.
