Pavement - Damaged
Reported Wednesday, 12 August 2026 at 4:29 pm, 19B Brogar Place, Casebrook, Christchurch 8051, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
I am writing to raise urgent concerns regarding a tree root on Brogar Place in Casebrook, which has significantly uprooted a pathway and created serious tripping hazards. In a short period, two elderly women have already tripped and fallen as a result; I am concerned it is only a matter of time before someone is seriously injured. I am flagging concern about the fence and property entrance gate is been degraded and caused a safety concern.
