Outside 60 Horseshoe Lake Road - Te Oranga - next to 80 Horseshoe Lake Rd needs regular mowing and upkeep, it’s a mess. Whose responsibility is it to do this? Photos don’t do it justice and we live next door. Is it too hard to be regurlarly mowed, gutters cleared. Is someone able to contact me?
