The reporter’s words

Pole for Kea crossing flag (outside Bromley School) has been attached to paving stones, which are insecure and have lifted. In strong winds, with flag attached, the pole has tipped over. It is not adequate for its intended purpose. There is a real risk that the flag pole will be stolen.
