As you can tell by the number of reports I send in, tagging does really annoy me. I am a fan of actual street art, as long as the artist has the permission of the property owner. So when some dumb idiot tagger goes and defaces some street art that is brightening up the city it annoys me more. I dont know if you can contact the artist to get this one fixed - it would be nice.
